Stayed in my budget, communicated daily, started and finished as quoted. Andrew is an artist, and came up with a really beautiful design with tiles that complimented the rest of my bathroom. Andrew was amazing to work with. We noticed a slow leak from our shower in the basement and had a plumber come out who couldn't locate a leak (after cutting a hole in the wall) and told me the next step was to hire a tiler to remove some of the wall tiles to explore more. I was really drawn to to the multigenerational aspect of Cassini Tile and Andrew was able to help me preform a little at-home diagnostics over the phone. It was our shower pan leaking. His knowledge and willingness to share info and progress was really appreciated. He provided a quote, was able to match the tile, and also took the time to inspect our guest shower (which ended up having a similar issue). The team was great about mitigating dust and showed me what the ultimate issue was - an electrician had punctured the rubber pan while installing an outlet (This was done during the previous owner's residence) and it just took a few years for water to work it's way to the hole. Everything was repaired on time and in budget and you wouldn't even know he was there. If we have any future tile work we won't hesitate to use Cassini and we highly recommend them.

From start to finish, we are very pleased with the total renovation of our outdated 1970'smain bathroom by Cassini Tile and Stone! They removed a huge 500 lb, sunk-in bathtub (replaced with wheelchair accessible shower), all the heavy wood flooring wallpaper and glue, woodwork to repaint and replace too! Andrew has some good ideas and great taste, but ultimately stuck to my unusual requests and my vision of my high end design, but on a reasonable budget!He had input on the great vanity light fixture which was perfect for my design.We were given an estimate the next day and we stayed within the estimate (in fact we came out a few thousand under)They did not try to increase the cost which was refreshing! Andrew Cassini did excellent work – so good in fact, that we requested his company next Spring for a kitchen remodel! They did plumbing, electrical, for my extra outlets for bidet and under vanity outlet! He even cut into a wall for a small cupboard linen closet! Everyone (crew included) was helpful and punctual and cleaned up when finished each day! They taped down cardboard so as not to damage our hallway floors during the project. His entire crew were professional and did great work too, although Andrew Cassini did much of the floor tile work and had a hand in all aspects as needed!The responsiveness was outstanding!We now have a gorgeous high end bathroom at an unbelievably great price! 5/5 stars! (I'd give more if I could)! Thank you Andrew of Cassini Tile and Stone for making my dream bathroom a reality! And a special thanks for adding a wall per my request, then putting in 2 carved out small niches and another niche behind wall to hide shampoo etc. a nice job on putting in vanity, faucet, bidet wallpaper and all the finishing touches! We upgraded a main floor half bath into a full bath with stackable washer and dryer. Cassini responded quickly and helped us design a perfect solution for our space. After design, Cassini advised on material and fixture choices. They gave us a hard quote with a fixed completion date and finished on budget, on time as promised.
